Dear Citizens of New Mexico, When I assumed the position of State Treasurer, I promised to reinstate integrity, trust and transparency in the Office of New Mexico State Treasurer. Through a hard-working and dedicated staff, valuable input, guidance and advice from external advisors, we have achieved much in a short period of time. There is much that has been accomplished and there is still more that needs to be completed. I am pleased to state that this office has re-established trust, credibility and high customer satisfaction. Even in these tough economic times New Mexico investments have held steady and continue to get positive returns on all of our portfolios.
